No personal data registered at Faenoe Estate’s webshop will be transferred, sold or made available to a third party at any time. All information is stored in a secure manner and can only be accessed by trusted staff at Faenoe Estate. If payment is made electronically, a safe encrypted method is used via the Webshop system. It is an approved supplier with E-mark accreditation. The shop system uses cookies to control the contents of the shopping basket. A cookie is simply the term used for a file that is stored in your own computer. It is also possible to ask the system to store your own address information for your next visit to the site. If you wish to clear this information at a later date, this can be done via your browser preferences. When making a purchase, we ask you for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is exclusively used for dealing with your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in an encrypted form, and kept for five years. The actual ‘contract’ (purchase agreement) is not stored at Faenoe Estate in a way that enables you to log in at a later date and view/change your status.
